By the end of this season we are launching our new pasture based egg coop, and moving the new young layers to pasture. We call it their new home the Eggorator, and it is designed with the comfort and happiness of the hens in mind, and well as sustainability. Most of the coop is constructed of reclaimed materials, and will be entirely powered on renewable energy. The coop will also be set up with automation for ventilation and predator control, all built on farm by our tech near/farmer, Roger. When hens are safe and happy on pasture as nature intended they produce the best quality eggs you can find.
